After obtaining my degree in Biomedical Sciences, I trained as a Nutritional Therapist for 3 years at the highly respected Institute of Optimum Nutrition, ION. To find out more about ION you can visit their website www.ion.ac.uk.

I am a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and am bound by their Code of Ethics and Practice. You can read more about this on the BANT website www.bant.org.uk.

I am is also on the Nutritional Therapy Council Register of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners.

I am committed to Continuing Professional Development ensuring that my knowledge remains current by regularly attending seminars, lectures and workshops.
